si arriva comodamente, in macchina fino al parcheggio a gaiola,via g.marconi 10 12010 gaiola CN .
la partenza avviene seguendo la traccia verde e continua ,con la gialla
asfalto fino a prima di rittana ,si svolta su un ponticello in legno, e si inizia a salire su sterrato ,fino alla cappella s.bernardo , continuamo sempre su sterrato tranne qualche sporadico tratto di asfalto ,arriviamo in una boscaglia con un bel single track ( fare attenzione ce un palo enel con un cavo che passa sopra le teste ,e segnalato con una gomma neragialla )finito si rientra un poco su asfalto 800 mt poi dinuovo sterrato,su e giu fino al inizio di moiola dove bisogna attraversare la SS21 ,e percorrere gli ultimi km su asfalto di una strada secondaria ,fino al arrivo parcheggio.
