Bike Stop's Thursday Shred; Knotty Drop Route, First Var. Starts with a light warm up on Rancho's Green line into the woods, splits onto the Woodchuk run with a flowy sprint with a log feature, then crosses through some rock gardens and into Sweet Luv's super Flow! Run Knotty from there (laps if you want to work it) and climb back out to the outer Woodchuk phase with a few downhill rocky drop features, and all the way around the the final A2B connecter ridge-sprint.
