Farlow Gap is a destination for many mountain bikers and is considered by many to be one of the most difficult trail in Pisgah. Fall line rock garden, stream crossings and mountain coves covered in ferns await the adventurous on this ride that could take anywhere from 3 -5 hours depending on skill level. Not recommended for new/intermediate riders. It is recommended that you notify someone of the route and start time, and alway take a map.

Bike Transylvania: Farlow Gap is a 12 mile popular extreme route located near Brevard North Carolina. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 15 trails. This route climbs 2,368 ft with a max elevation of 4,638 ft then descends -2,364 ft.
