What a great trail, kudos to the builders as it’s well laid out. Perfect grades

Contains some of the best single track of the lollipop from Black Canyon trailhead. Killer riding through lush veg. Big thanks to all who made it happen.

Deducted a star for the gravel road portion. Anyone know if there are plans to complete the single track on this portion of trail?

Difficult to find, tough grind. Don’t think it’s been ridden much in the past couple years.

One of the best trails of the BCT. Do it either either way or both. A lot of fun and great views. A well put together set of trails.

Great trail. Better riding it North to South as the overall trend is downhill but totally doable riding the other way too, just a bit more climbing. Nothing difficult or technical on this trail should perhaps be a blue but because it mostly ridden in combination with other trails making it a longer ride is probably why it’s black. Trail is in pretty good shape; not particularly overgrown, some loose rocks and loose on corners but generally riding great.

The trail north from Table Mesa Road parking area is washed out along the river as of 2/26/2019. South trail was fine with plenty of loose rock but generally rideable.

Some of the most solid biking on the BCT. Climbs are rideable but require fitness. Descents are fast but stay interesting. Excellent scenery.

The north 25% is gravel road and a sandy river bed. The south 75% is magnificent, world-class single-track with some exposure.

Nothing special. Connector trail to get you back to the trails to the north.

Another segment with nice and casual climbing/descending. Some exposure.

Nice and casual climb. Some exposure. Great descent. Could be a difficult river crossing depending on rainfall.

Ran into some intransigent wild steer and had to turn back...
