Trail 2 Flats
In support of the previous comments... Photos added showing "Lower 2 Flats" is a black diamond trial now. This section has two steep chutes to descend plus a fairly high bridge and should be reclassified on the map. This section is where it should be downhill only.

The rest of 2 Flats is a blue trail and suitable to be ridden either direction (where Trailforks indicates that "97% ride it in reverse").

Trail 2 Flats
edit to my previous comment… it turns to single black diamond at the fork with bonestorm. really should be 2 different trails (upper and lower) with the lower section as black

Trail 2 Flats
this is also a black diamond trail and trailforks has it miscategorized. the marker on the trail is single black diamond. Also agree with previous comments, there is a steep run out at the bottom which is doable for someone comfortable with blues but not for someone just trying blues out.

Tree down across short wooden bridge section into descent toward road dividing upper and lower sections. Handsaw or chainsaw required. Nice work on the reroute into the lower section from the mud/rock slide.

I agree with the above comment. It’s a one way trail and the opposite direction of what is shown. This should be changed before there’s a nasty collision on the steep loose dry section.

Trail Wrong Way
The first 3/4 of this are actually a road. Wondering if that's a mistake. At least it got me really confused.

Trail 2 Flats
This says both directions, I disagree, most ride opposite direction to what the map says. Steep drop at the end is getting blown out with big rocks all over the trail.

Hoped for approach to queso grande, went slow with washed out sections and others blocked by piles of slash making carrying your bike over some parts required

Are there any updates on this trail status? The lower portion to Beaver Tail is runnable and it looks like logging has subsided?

Is this trail gone for good or can it be rebuilt post-logging?

First part of the trail is tough- a lot of uphill. The second part is better and pretty fun but I think next time I'll climb the Davis Main to Queso.

Terrible, don't do it. Had to walk most of it. It's all washed out. Thought it would be a short cut to Queso Grande -- it wasn't
