Start and finish at Gyro Park for a great loop of the Miral Heights / Bluffs Loop / Sunningdale trails.

NOTE: It is very hot here in the summer.

Hints: The Sunningdale trail follows a steady, flowy gradient for much of its course, allowing riders to blast down at high speeds. Riders need to be aware that the trail is also very popular with local resident hikers and dog walkers who don't appreciate being startled by bikers traveling at supersonic speeds. Slow it down and please respect all trail users.
