If you are wanting to get out of the late Summer heat and are looking for a great single track ride that is challenging but not too intense, this ride is a beautiful cruise through the pines and has the climbing nicely spread across its 21 miles.

Park at Freddy's Stack Rock trail head and ride the 3 miles up Bogus Basin Road (~500 ft ascent) to start the awesome 9.5 mile Around The Mountain (ATM) loop knitting in Brewer's Byway and Berm Baby Berm for some great downhill flow (~1600 ft cumulative ascent). Stop for refreshment at the lodge or if you are a hardcore just push on for the next 9 mile loop down Eastside (~1500 ft cum descent and ~1000 ft cumulative ascent). 21 miles, 3000 ft vertical of climbing, 2200 calories burned!
