If you are planning on riding this loop in the middle of summer, it can be very dry and some of the drops and tight switch backs are VERY loose on Snow Mexican. Start early and carry lots of water

Trail Snow Mexican
Ya top half is black loose flow where you can carry some speed and some fun natural features and drops. Bottom half is double black without a doubt. Steep, loose with mandatory drops and tight switchback turns.

Near mint condition. There are trees down around 6.7 km up the trail between PPP and end of the uptrack. Just need to duck under a couple trees. The rest is in great condition. Thanks to all the volunteers and work done here. This really is one of the best uptracks. It would be great if it was eventually extended to the top of Atlas/SM. Happy riding

Climbed it today. It’s a great uphill climb all doable long but in the forest pretty much all the way very nice good job on the build. I lost it to at the top of Nimby didn’t realize I had to go back down the road a little way to get back on it. Little confusing but after that good to go. Some trees still across the trail today but they have been clearing it!! Great climb!!

Fantastic climb trail, well built and clearly a lot of work went into clearing the trees and picking a sustainable route up the mountain. A couple of muddy spots where springs run out, best to get off and walk those sections. It can be difficult to find the trail at the top of Nimby, but once youre there head downhill towards the main shuttle road, go about 100m, past the first single track trail and take a left up the second single track (gps might have it labeled as a different trail). From there follow the natural flow of the trail as it crosses the shuttle road a few more times.

Trail Snow Mexican
Such a sick trail! Would probably call this double black though. Lots of steeps, drops, tight corners and loose rocky sections. If you like rowdy DH this is the trail to ride at bootleg

One of the best uptracks I've ever been on. Huge props to the design/build team!

You should be comfortable jumping doubles to ride this trail. You can ride around most things but it would make the trail way less fun. There are many Rythm sections that would be super satisfying to clean, but if you mess up, like I did over and over, it tough getting back up to trail speed again.

This trail is so well built. There are plenty of creative options and room to Progress going bigger and faster. You won’t ever get bored of riding this.

Really well built! Lots of hits to work up to with time and multiple laps.

Fun loamy single track with a few big wood features. Single track option to Nimby.
