One of the many great trials at Mill Creek in Menai. Only 35mins drive from the center of Sydney these ever expanding trails offer something for everyone. From short green loops to technical drops and a great jump line.
Methane Alley is fast and has lots of small jumps, perfect for getting more skilled in taking air.

Very enjoyable flowing jump trail! B line jumps not hard to get decent air on.
