Bottelary Hills Conservancy and the landowners accept no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred.

Sustained climbing along farm roads. Good views from the top.
Includes Geelslang and Mongoose single tracks (sweeping single tracks wih switchbacks).
Follow green arrow route markers.
Note that there are several possible options all marked green. You should plan your route according to your ability and available time; see map and build you own ride plan.

Unfortunately Rooikat single track was closed (fenced off) in February 2021 and had to be excluded from this route.

Detailed Description
Bottelary Green Short from Hazendal is a 10 mile popular intermediate route located near Stellenbosch. This mountain bike primary route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 8 trails. This route climbs 1,024 ft with a max elevation of 1,062 ft then descends -1,025 ft.
