une a bogny tres joli qui passe par une ancienne carriere d ardoise et a coter du chevalier dardennor ,
une grimpette assez dur sur bogny les 4 fils aymon qu on peut eviter par une piste a gauche voir ign
Plusieur descente sur tournavaux au choix ..
Remonter a roc la tour assez soutenu qu on peut eviter en prenant la route qui monte voir ign ..
Descente de roc la tour vers montherme a droite a un moment un single assez technique serpente en parallele de la route qui descente chercher bien la trace ..
Petite grimpette pour remonter a montherme pas tres dur .
Descente de montherme point de vue vers la ville ,debut sur une piste et finale single sympa a gauche dans un virage..
Et pour finir remonter vers le haut de bogny ..
Tous ceci peut etre fait individuelement car le tour est assez dur a faire
..dans l autre sens c est plus complique en vtt mais faisable en cherchant les echappatoire pour eviter les poussages ..
