Overall great for warming conditions. Downs are rutted in turns.

Rode this as a loop starting at Fullerton, up sugar daddy to strange brew and down sugar mommy. Narrow packed trail is put in by foot traffic only no evidence of fat bike riding. About 85% rideable. From sugar pony to strange brew not rideable, had to push. Sugar mommy was in better shape.
