Dawn Patrol! Everything frozen solid. Base layer of packed snow is thinning out with warmer daytime temps. Exposing rocks and dirt. Mid to late morning the dirt exposed to the sun started to thaw. Late morning it will be a quagmire and traffic will leave ruts/ foot prints. If the night time low is below zero it is recommended to ride early morning before it thaws. Features were frosted and structurally sound. Ride at your own peril. reporter
