Starts at the footbridge over the Ipswich River on the northern edge of Bradley Palmer State Park. Follows the eastern trails around the wading pool area and across to the Appleton Farms grass rides. Continues around south and southwest back to state park land, finishing with the southwestern most Bradley Palmer trail running through the headquarters parking area and back around the hill to the Ipswich River crossing again.

Bradley Palmer Grass Rides Loop is a 8 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Ipswich Massachusetts. This trail running only route. This route includes 5 trails. This route climbs 389 ft with a max elevation of 155 ft then descends -379 ft.
