Fresh corduroy and well packed. Lots of grip with a few short sections of snow covered ice. Rideable without studs. Lots of stoke and wicked flow!

Lots of hard ice, generally hard conditions that can be enjoyed on regular width tires. Studs are basically mandatory though.

Prime, packed snow conditions in the southern half, then glare ice up the climb. Studs are more important than wide tires right now - this was great on 2.25" Ice Spikers today.

Running great on a regular mountain bike with 2.25" Ice Spiker tires. No need for floatation, it's fast and slick on glare ice.
