9 mile loop from Lake Imaging parking and back. Moderate ups and downs that ends with a killer down stretch on Ridgeline. Plenty of places to pop out and shorten the loop if needed.

I have ridden many times at Dupont and this is my favorite route. I park at the Guion parking lot though. Ride Hickory Mountain Loop in either direction, I prefer clockwise, then link into Ridgeline. After Ridgeline I like to ride up Lake Imaging road and then run Hilltop Loop several times. That little trail is so much fun on the backside and has very little climb penalty back up the gravel road. With 3 loops on hilltop the entire route takes about 1.5 hours.

This is a good route, but in my opinion, hit up Hooker Creek Trail on the way to Hickory Mountain.
