This is the Bredasdorp Parkrun route. The route consists of jeep track, single track, as well as dirt road. The first section is jeeptrack with a slight descent. Then it follows an interesting, winding, single track, back to the Golf Course East Road. The route takes you along the Golf Course South Road, which is the most difficult part of the route, as it has a slight, but long uphill. The route joins the Driving Range Road for an out-and-back section. Lastly the route follows a very nice winding single track section back to the golf course club house.

Detailed Description
Bredasdorp Parkrun is a 3 mile easy race route located near Bredasdorp. This trail running primary route can be used one direction and has a easy overall physical rating. This route includes 5 trails. This route climbs 161 ft with a max elevation of 220 ft then descends -151 ft.
