Down trees. See photos for location. I’m not from around here so not quite sure if the trees were on upper or lower as it’s all blurring together in my mind. Otherwise the trail was just a bit leaf covered in spots but running well.

Take it slow across creeks, not too wet until the inevitable last bigger crossing.

Zig zags river, well over a dozen crossings (I stopped counting) , mostly knee deep or more (JULY heat wave, some recent rain) with short sections of flat dull trail between. AVOID if MTB'ing at all cost. Blast down fireroad will be far more fun, if slightly less scenic. Even in drought, crossings are mixed river rocks, likely impossible to ride. Bears active at time of ride.
