A remarkably wild section of the BST, above the cities of Provo and Orem. The name seems odd, given that this segment is hundreds of feet above the shore of Lake Bonneville, but is is a great trip.

Detailed Description
BST: North Provo Segment is a 5 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Provo Utah. This trail running primary route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 8 trails. This route climbs 860 ft with a max elevation of 5,710 ft then descends -885 ft.

Fun paved trail for a bike ride. It is quite long and goes all the way past bridal veil falls.

Trail Bonneville Shoreline Trail: Provo Canyon South
Great as a descent as well, although watch your speed on the tight turns as there is two-way traffic.
