Nel periodo dal 1 settembre al 31 gennaio, vista l’apertura della stagione di caccia, è sconsigliato il passaggio sui sentieri nelle giornate di mercoledì e domenica da un’ora prima dell’alba fino al tramonto

Anche il gravel trova spazio nella Bernadia Trail Area e in particolare sulle pendici del monte Plaiul fino al torrente Lagna. Snodandosi sulle piste forestali che portano a Monteprato e Cergneu è adatto ad ogni tipo di bicicletta votata all’offroad e, visto il fondo, può essere utilizzato anche quando i trails sono troppo bagnati.
La chiesetta di San Giorgio e il castello di Cergneu sono solo due dei punti di interesse storico in cui ci si può imbattere pedalando nella Bernadia Trail Area, e sono entrambe su questo percorso.

I biker che affrontano i percorsi di questa trail area sono invitati a rimanere sulla traccia segnata, senza uscire dal percorso o tagliare le curve, non percorrere i sentieri dopo forti piogge nelle successive quarantotto ore e a rispettare la proprietà privata e la natura.
