Desde tiempos inmemoriables, este antiguo camino ha conducido a los vecinos de Saucelle a tierras de la dehesa municipal a través de un sendero sinuoso, de relevantes pendientes y salpicado de alcornoques.

Su trazado nos dirige al Merendero de la Dehesa, donde es posible reponer fuerzas y disfrutar de las vistas del Duero y de la apacibilidad de la dehesa salmantina, para retomar el camino por carretera asfaltada hasta el pueblo, carretera de curvas cerradas que nos ofrece bellas panorámicas del Duero.

Su relativa longitud y pendientes importantes obligan a su clasificación como sendero de dificultad media, no apto para ciclistas sin conocimientos técnicos ni preparación física.
