CAT 3 full course for the annual BUMP-N-GRIND race at Oak Mountain State Park. Racers leave the south trail head, ride up Peavine, turn right into Johnsons Mountain, cross over to Fore Play, onto Mr Toads heading back toward south trail head, then take Family trail to Rattlesnake, and finally Lake trail bringing them back to the south trail head for the finish.

Detailed Description
BUMP-N-GRIND CAT 3 Course is a 8 mile intermediate race route located near Birmingham Alabama. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 5 trails. This route climbs 594 ft with a max elevation of 733 ft then descends -592 ft.

Trail Family Trail
As it says in the name - nice easy starter trail for family and kids. Easy flowing single track with a couple of wood bridges to cross and a nice bench at the halfway point
