Needs a re-route, some of this isn’t really a trail, it is more a scramble.

Do not ride down this. If this trail was ment to be ridden down it should be rated a pro line. However this trail only exists so you can access bursera from gila. Going up is a short brutal hike a bike but is worth the decent down bursera. Again do not ride down this trail. It is steep, narrow, filled with jagged boulders, and turns quite a bit, plus there are plenty of cholla to fall directly on top of.

Trail Gila
This is a really fun trail! This trail fallows a canyon un to a ridge then drops down the ridge continuing down into a canyon. Heading westward the only climb is at the base of the ridge. The climb consists of about 5-6 tame switchbacks to the top of the ridge. There are a few rocks but it’s nothing crazy. At the top of the ridge I would suggest hiking your bike up to bees knees (bursera).

Trail Gila
Gila Trail provides nice alternative climbs in order to take advantage of the fun descents on Bursera Trail and provides for a a good loop when combined with Bursera.
