Looking for a mid-distance loop that will get your heart rate up and get the lungs going? Try Dickies loop! Named after our faithful leader, this is his go to ride when he has an afternoon off from the kids or wants to get the legs going before heading to the shop. Described as a "nothing but fun loop" by Derek, but don't take his word for it! Try it solo or with a friend. Head to our 22X Bragg creek location after your ride to refuel and fill us in on trail conditions. Grab any shots during your ride? Tag us on Instagram @Calgary_cycle and hashtag #bikesarefun

The packed trail is very narrow right now, requiring lots of focus in places with deeper snow, to not fall off the trail.

Prime, packed snow conditions in the southern half, then glare ice up the climb. Studs are more important than wide tires right now - this was great on 2.25" Ice Spikers today.

Running great on a regular mountain bike with 2.25" Ice Spiker tires. No need for floatation, it's fast and slick on glare ice.

Studs recommended. A few icy sections from the Snowy Intersections downward.
