If you're looking for a great mid-sized training loop then try this on for size. Calgary bike legend Big E loves this to get the legs back into shape or when the kids are at school and he has some alone time. Get ready to climb but then open up on the descent. Nothing overly technical here just rocks roots and smiles to be had After your ride stop into our 22X Bragg Creek location and fill us in on trail conditions while you refuel. Grab any pic's along the ride? Tag us on Instagram @Calgary_Cycle and #bikesarefun

Note: this route is the same as the Southern Flow loop, just with a different start/finish point.
