It's as clear as I've ever seen this trail. Last week was perfect but yesterday was a bit more dry. Could use a little rain and more people riding it.

Some deep ruts scattered throughout but trail is in great condition and fun! All trees have been cleared too. Nothing too techy, just loose/small rocks, ruts and some hikers. Totally doable on a hardtail.
