Pamo Valley Coast to Crest Trail

First mile is heavily overgrown with mustard weed. Was hard to run and had to keep slowing and stopping. Then I had to keep stopping to pull the thistles out of my socks. Was kind of annoying. After the first mile, it clears out and was a nice run.
