Watch out for holes on either side of the rock crossings. Also watch out for walkers coming up the trail..

Potentially it could be a good trail but most of the work done, to get you across the mud pits, is pretty half hearted. The rocks on the staircase are so narrow, you have a high chance of having a sore one if you misjudge it in anyway. Rode it once, probably wouldn't ride it again.

Decent wee trail. Definitely worth riding if you're in the area.

Hard to get excited about this trail. The start is a section through a clear felled area. Difficult to follow in places and a few soft ground patches to negotiate. Once you hit the treeline the trail is easier to follow but its ruined by a few short down'n'ups which have mud patches at the bottom. I pretty much had to ride down them and push up the other side. It was impossible to keep momentum going through the soft patches. Once you are past these, the last 100-200m are decent enough.

Natural singletrack descent which needs more traffic to bed in. The entrance is at a small cairn at the Western end of the high point on the spine road through Coilhallan. It finishes at the entrance to the holiday park and can be looped back up via the car park and spine road.
