El sendero comienza en el Camino de Valsordo. Nada más salir pararemos para, desde la antigua picota o royo, tener una panorámica del Valle del Alberche y de casi todo el camino que hemos elegido. Este camino discurre en sus primeros Km, entre viñas y olivos, pasa por la Ermita de Valsordo, lugar de la romería del pueblo. Bajamos y llegamos al Río Alberche con su excelente puente románico. Nos desviamos a la izquierda por la orilla del río.

Si tenemos tiempo, río arriba tenemos la presa con su antigua fábrica de luz, actualmente en ruinas. Volveremos al camino y la señalización nos subirá sin dejar las viñas hasta la carretera, la cruzaremos y a continuamos por un camino ancho y perfecto, donde aparecen los pinos, para cruzar otra vez la carretera y divisar el cementerio, bordeándolo por detrás para coger un camino señalizado. Pasamos junto a la zona de tiro al plato donde nos desviamos por la izquierda por una antigua calleja que nos llevará al pueblo.

Cebreros por su ubicación, puede presumir de poseer un entorno de gran belleza. Desde las zonas más altas se puede observar una gran zona dedicada al viñedo salpicada de olivos, y también amplias zonas de pinares rodeadas de agua por los ríos Alberche, Cofio y el arroyo de la Pizarra.

Detailed Description
Camino Real Sur is a 14 mile less popular intermediate route located near Cebreros. This hike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route climbs 1,397 ft with a max elevation of 2,839 ft then descends -1,387 ft.
