Really well built. Quite flat and slight uphill at the end. A good mixture of sandy and rock, surprisingly the berms rode well given how super dry it is at the moment. All of the features are rollable, and a lot are hoppable too. Fun even if you’re used to riding harder.

Some great trails all around this area. The Piper House Gate one a long steep descent, nothing too technical or difficult, but great fun. I prefer the Blackamoor descent, which takes you through a stream at the bottom. Check out also, Lady Canning's Plantation, which is close by here and has some purpose built trails for people of all ages and abilities. Oh yes, and finally, a note for the guys who run this website, can you learn to spell properly, or run things through a spell check before posting them? The word to go down is "descent" not "decent" as you have on here. "Decent" means something totally different - it means "respectable".

Fun,Flowy, well maintained. On my first run I thought I would become bored quite quickly however this wasn’t the case. Think of it as a stand out section of a longer trail centre ride. We sessioned both trails here for about 3 hours. Access is easy. Climb up bridleway takes about 10 mins. Not too steep. I wouldn’t take the whole family but Perfect if you want to introduce your kids to the fun side of mtb.
