Esta ruta con inicio en las inmediaciones de Casarejos, discurre por un bonito Cañón que se va estrechando a medida que nos acercamos al Río Lobos. El camino desciende por el río hacia la Ermita de San Bartolomé y al paraje de Valdecea, lugar en el que se encuentra el aparcamiento de San Bartolomé.

Todo el recorrido transcurre siguiendo el GR 86.

La superficie del Parque Natural del Cañón de Río Lobos posee más de 9.500 hectáreas pertenecientes a siete municipios: Hontoria del Pinar - Casarejos - Herrera de Soria - Nafría de Ucero - San Leonardo de Yagüe - Santa María de las Hoyas - Ucero.
