Start from Rainbow Gardens and work your way south via the Bonneville Shoreline Trail in order to descend the Rut (aka Ogden's Bobsled) trail. Then pedal back up the ENVE climb trail (Blue Ribbon) and back the BST the way you came.

Detailed Description
Canyon to The Rut Lollipop Loop is a 10 mile popular intermediate route located near Ogden Utah. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 5 trails. This route climbs 1,572 ft with a max elevation of 5,259 ft then descends -1,559 ft.

The Rut is living up to its name....major rutting on the top from all the rain we have had this summer. one of the railroad ties (drop) is out and a major hazard if ur not prepared for it. Still rideable but just be aware.
