No way, don't try this with a cross-country bike, at least you need an enduro bike, you have to be fit and with high skills.
It's a very narrow single-track, you hit the trees and bushes with your hands and knees all I the way to the bottom, it's full of holes, big stones, loose stones and gravel, a fair amount of roots and you won't find any section with more than 10 meter of sight, so you can't go fast
