Cap U Forever After is a 9 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction. This route includes 25 trails. This route climbs 2,068 ft with a max elevation of 1,592 ft then descends -2,270 ft.
