Large sections of trail within Bridge Creek Conservation Area are weedy and overgrown. In addition, some areas can be wet, so exercise caution and plan accordingly.
This section of the Cape Cod Pathways offers scenic views of tidal marshland, and traverses near bogs and over upland forest. A long on-road portion exists between the West Barnstable Fire Station trailhead and West Barnstable Conservation Area's Service Road trailhead. A sidewalk is available most but not all the way between these two trailheads.

Cape Cod Pathways Moss Property/Bridge Creek/Route 149 Roadwalk is a 2 mile popular intermediate route located near Barnstable Massachusetts. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 2 trails. This route climbs 102 ft with a max elevation of 99 ft then descends -53 ft.
