This section of the Cape Cod Pathways follows gentle slopes, separated by a moderate on-road gap. Parking can be found at the Trayser Museum trailhead, on Route 6A at the northern end of the section. Red blazes to guide users can be found on most, but not all of this section.

Cape Cod Pathways Trayser Museum to Mary Dunn Road is a 2 mile popular easy route located near Barnstable Massachusetts. This mountain bike primary route. This route includes 2 trails. This route climbs 135 ft with a max elevation of 132 ft then descends -76 ft.
