Salimos desde Casas del Río, siguiente el itinerario: Balsa de Ves-Villa de Ves-Barrio del Santuario-embalse Molinar (río Júcar)-Tranco del Lobo-Casas de Ves-Casas del Rio.
Ciclable con buenas pistas.
Una ruta para enmarcar por la belleza de los campos de La Manchuela en plena primavera junto a unas vistas increíbles al río Júcar en un tramo aéreo sobre él. Unos descensos suaves, con buen firme. El color verde turquesa del río Júcar, por el embalse del Molinar. Las vistas sobre el Santuario del Cristo de la Vida, que no subimos por ahorrar tiempo y esfuerzo, en el barrio del Santuario de Villa de Ves. El descenso pausado por la Cañada desde Casas de Ves por donde pasaremos cerca de la ermita de la Encarnación, para encontrarnos con el río Cabriel que acompañaremos hasta llegar a Casas del Río, con su característica noria centenaria.
En fin una ruta de ensueño para repetir, desde luego.
Con todo ello se me olvidaba decir que hay 3 fuertes subidas para acceder a la llanura, típicamente manchega, desde los ríos Júcar y Cabriel.
En total según mis cálculos 1.200 m de altitud acumulada, gran parte de ellos en estos tres tramos que suma unos 15 km.

Casas del Río-La Manchuela is a 43 mile less popular intermediate route located near Valencia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route climbs 4,530 ft with a max elevation of 2,497 ft then descends -4,534 ft.
