CB Classic is a 102 mile popular expert route located near Crested Butte Colorado. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a extreme overall physical rating. This route includes 19 trails. This route climbs 16,878 ft with a max elevation of 11,948 ft then descends -16,869 ft.

attempted out-and-back due to snodgrass closure. got about halfway up with mostly hike-a-bike due to steepness and ice/mud everywhere. after the creek crossing, snow gets significantly more prevalent/deep so turned around
