We are super excited to announce the 2018 Capitol Forest Enduro course on the new North Slope Trail System off of Hwy 8. These are not like any other trails in Capitol Forest. They were built by mountain bikers for mountain bikers. The best news of all is there is more to come! Hats off to Friends of Capitol Forest and Department of Natural Resources for working together to make the North Slope Trails happen.

The main entrance to the trail system is through Greys Harbor ORV Park (GHORV). Please be respectful when driving through their property. The speed limit is 5mph!

Parking:
Leading up to the race there are two small pullouts at the bottom of A-Line and you can park along the road. You must have a Discover Pass.

Friday, June 8th parking will be available in our venue on GHORV property for 5$ per car. See www.racecascadia.com/2018capitolforest for camping details. (parking is built into camping fees)

Saturday, June 9th, parking is covered by Race Cascadia.

Shuttles:
Due to DNR permitting, safety and trail impacts, shuttles will not be allowed for practice on June 8th. A 5 minute time penalty will be applied for any infractions.

Course Details:
Enduro Lite will do stages 3 and 1.
Stage 3 will start just below the start of the regular course on a road to eliminate the steep and technical section EWOK. Routing to the start will be available soon.

See www.racecascadia.com/2018capitolforest for schedule.

Neutral Support:
FSA NS will be located in main venue area.

Food/Water:
Main Venue Area.

Spectators:
The North Slope Trails are very spectator friendly. The end of the Enduro Lite stages are just a few minutes walk from the main venue area. ***Please be cautious when spectating and stay of the race trails.

Fun trail with loose rocks. Nice and wide. Couple muddy sections but the mud is easy to avoid by going to the sides. Quite fun to descend as well as climb.
