Recorre parte de la Reserva Natural del Valle Iruelas,

Ruta que recorre algunos senderos faciles y discurre por tierras de cultivo, pinares y algun tramo por castanar, subiendo a una cima panoramica de 1600m.

Compuesta por dos bucles, que se pueden hacer independientemente:
-uno entre Cebreros y el Tiemblo, que se pueden hacer en los dos sentidos, si lo hacemos al reves del propuesto, la subida desde el Tiemblo a la carretera el Burguillos tiene algunos pasos andando.

-El otro bucle El Tiemblo-Cabeza la Parra-El Tiemblo, tiene varias variantes:
-De subida se puede subir por la carretera de San Gregorio mas directa sin pasar por el Castanar.
-De bajada:la prospuesta es cortafuegos inclinada sin dificultad, mejor si podemos bajar el sillin.

Otras posibilidades de bajadas es bajar por el mismo itinerario de subida y enlazar por pistas mas abajo del collado de Majada el Espino, puediendo volver al Tiemblo por pistas o por la pista horizontal hacia las Cruceras.

Cebreros-Cabeza de la Parra por el castanar is a 32 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Cebreros. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 2 trails. This route climbs 4,787 ft with a max elevation of 5,312 ft then descends -4,826 ft.
