Quick ride, if you don't have much time. Starting from Ceriale, in front of TrekUpBike (bikeshop). You cross 4 towns on the main road to warm your legs. When you reach Pietra Ligure, you go in the hinterland and start climbing. Pedaling up till Madonna della Guardia. Your downhill section starts here. Kill Bill, it's a rollercoaster, nice funny trail. And then Madonna della Guardia (one of the famous trails of Finale Outdoor resort) a rocky trail, with sections really fast. Good for training. If you have more time there are many trails to ride. Otherwise you pedal back to the shop. It requires a good level.
