If you only have an hour and change, this is a nice quick intermediate loop through the Cheakamus Interpretive Forest linking most of the areas new school trails. This area is heavily used by lots of non-motorized users, so be sure to be courteous to others, keep your head up and your speed under control!

Excellent condition top to bottom. Whoever is cutting corners and creating braids on the uphill please stop. I’ve thrown some debris over the easy line and will continue to do so even though stopping ruins my flow. I’m probably old enough to be your dad and I clean the hard parts so what’s the excuse?

Trail is a hiking trail in great shape. If you are doing a short loop with kids, I'd go up farside and down this one.
