Trail Rock Lake - Return
All three commentators above are correct. The Rick Lake loop is the reference standard in my head for challenging old school single track. If that’s your thing, this is your trail. I felt like I had to ride it, but for my money, I wouldn’t do it twice. More challenging than fun. I’d much rather do repeats of Seeley Pass/Flow Mamma, fine modern trail building that’s great for various levels. The Ojibwa trail will meet everyone in the middle with a mix of challenge and fun and is a better trail to re-ride than Rock Lake.

Trail Rock Lake - Return
This is a great old school trail. Lots of fun rocky spots, it's old school and the way mountain bike trails should be made. Taking advantage of, and displaying the attributes of the land. Not changing it into a bermed smooth highway for beginners. Have no idea what that first commentor is talking about, this is a well designed trail that's a ton of fun if you're a decent mountain biker, and I found no spots that were too tight for handlebars.

Trail Makwa Trail
Makwa is a lot more fun if you ride it from 00 trail head to mosquito brooke trail head (unless you enjoy climbing). This trail is an old school single track with plenty of roots and rocks to keep it interesting. Plenty of options to cut the ride short via birkie trail or fire roads as well.

Trail Rock Lake - Return
Love the old school trail challenge. Low speed technical ride. Advance riders only.

Trail Seeley Pass
Fun trail, now with a good jump line in the middle of it. Mostly smooth flowing single track. I am quite sure that the climb/descent numbers on this listing are incorrect. I think it averages more like 50’ per mile.

Trail Seeley Pass
Nice flowing single track with small jumps and banked turns throughout. Mostly smooth dirt surface without many root/stump/rock obstacles. The climbs and descents seem to be evenly spaced throughout. When heading south, there's a one way "expert" section with a bypass around. The expert section is a series of rolling jumps and a small drop feature (which can be bypassed) that is very fun. Overall a fun, well maintained trail that will keep you on your toes throughout.

Trail Namakagon Trail
Great trail. Flows well and Camba is reworking some of this trail improving some of the corners and flow.

Trail Rock Lake - Return
Expect a poorly designed, rocky, rooty decent to the trail head on this section with tight trees. The local riders prefer other trails.

Trail Treasures' Trace
Combine this with Danky Dank and you will have a fun ride. This is a hand built trail so very much old school minus the tight trees. Lots of rocks, roots and sharp corners. Easy access from Rock Lake Road.
