Mostly smooth fire road, mostly flat. Beautiful scenery. For very early beginners - I found this route to be perfect for my fiancé to get comfortable just being on a bike on dirt. We did two fast loops and got a great workout in. I've been riding for about 13 years and I had fun just flying and hopping. There are horseback riders on this trail though, so please be respectful of any of our friends on horseback and pull off to the side of the trail when you see them coming Also saw deer twice!
