Giro molto facile, adatto a far girare la gamba se si è agli inizi o se si vuole fare un po' di "scarico".
Praticamente è quello che a Rieti tra i ciclisti viene chiamato "giro di Contigliano" ma su pista ciclo-pedonale/strade secondarie.
Per evitare via Domenico Di Carlo conviene transitare su Via Comunali come da traccia
