Anyone want to get together to do some maintenance? Vegetation needs to be trimmed back on almost the entire thing, large very loose rocks need to be tossed, jumps broken and rutted out.
Very fun trail back in the day, it’s been over 10 years since I have ridden it, and Saturday I crashed 7 times going down it largely due to the above mentioned things.

Trail is sick, little rutted out at the top, so easy on the brakes, especially up top. This trail has something for everyone, from small doubles and tables to massive gaps you can work up to. Had a blast!

The best you can really say about this is that it is the last section of dirt before city creek. At least it’s downhill only now.

Is it possible to shuttle it? Or a easier and faster way to the top?

I think that parts of this trail are either permanently closed (the climb up to the ridge) or closed to bikes (the section along the ridge), according to SLC Public Lands: www.slc.gov/parks/trail-updates-in-slcs-foothills-natural-area (see the map posted on April 23, 2021 at the linked blog).

In exchange, we got the new 19th Ave downhill trail. www.trailforks.com/trails/19th-avenue

If you lost a jacket on this trail some time between Oct 26-29, 2020, send an email to sarakyeo@yahoo.com and describe the brand, color, and what's in its pockets to get it back!

Great view at top. Not flowy. Basically just up and down to the top. If uride from beginning, there is a sketchy hike a bike.
Its worth doing atleast once though

Rode this trail for the first time today and it is in my top 10 non-lift trails.

Ridiculous, flowy berms, big drops, jumps made out of cars?? What more could you want out of a trail?

Can’t wait to come back here with a few friends and session the lower section.

I’ve never seen so many wasps in 1 spot in my life. Right around the first rut drop in the upper 1/3. I don’t know how I didn’t get stung.

Be careful out there, a rider informed me before o dropped in that there was a bunch of wasps around the creek bed. And he wasn’t wrong, there’s a huge swarm that you either need to bomb through or wear long sleeves for. Other than that what a great run.

If the top wasn't so washed out it'd be a great overall trail. Still gave it a 5 star though. Ready fun, high berms all the way down the gully.

Most fun trail in the area. Fast half pipe like in the summer, still a blast with 5" of fresh snow (bring a fat bike - like my $360 Mongoose Juneau, cheap but effective).
