High Point

A steady climb with some sustained steep pitches. Not too technical, but only the most fit can complete it without catching their breath, or stopping to push a steep pitch.

A minor issue where boulders on the trail were washed away, making it narrower and leaving holes that become mudpits. I dragged over more rocks and small logs to shore up the narrow part, and then fill, fill fill. A sloppy mess when I got there and a sloppy mess when I left. I tried to slope it to encourage runoff. Once we've had a few dry days for it to stiffen up it would be good if someone would revisit it and build in some drainage.

Still two spots that need re-routing. New line is picked and will dovetail nicely with new lower trail access for kids. Otherwise - all good. reporter
