A hidden gem Full of surprises. Very technically and physically demanding in many spots. Some hike and bike. Definitely an adventure off the beaten path. I love a good challenge, and I enjoyed this experience.

Nice beginner trail, well draining smooth double track through a beautiful area. You’re not going to get your adrenaline fix on this ride but you can get a beer at the village Smile

I feel like I shouldn't ride down the stairs anymore. They're getting pretty dodgy, a bunch of loose steps, a couple rotted to the point where they're breaking. Seems like a bad situation waiting to happen. Too bad, they were fun.

Trail Bow Corridor
Rode it from East to West.... probably better to ride it from west to east though(dead mans flats to heart creek). Some super fun parts but definitely a hiking trail before a biking trail. The most beautiful part of the trail has steep staircases and nearly impossible ledges that is not conducive to bike riding. I'm sure danny macaskill could do it but not exactly my idea of an enjoyable bike ride - something to keep in mind. I would say about 4km of the trail is good. rest is so-so at best.

The bridge got killed! Climbing over the wreckage isn't bad though. Otherwise the trail is clear, stairs are in decent shape (thanks to whoever replaced the rotten steps).
