A nice loop, that includes the 'Roller Coaster'. The loop starts at Cambus O'may and then goes up the Landrover track and then goes up the single track up to the top of Coc Dubh hill, It then turns back on its self and goes down the decent. Once the descent and the Roller Coaster is done you cycle back up the Burn O' Vat path to the top then back down the Landrover track you went up.
