Little punchy to start bit fun overall. Love the steep exposed one side single track near the end. It really makes you keep your eye on the trail. No sightseeing on this trail. Great semi-tech trail that leads to the fun flow of Squid-line.

Great trail! Log at the beginning is a bugger to get onto, but I’ll get it eventually! My narrower bars make is easier to squeeze between the trees through.

Lots of rock faces and small drops. A great way to build your skill set while not having to walk your bike.

Quite good enjoy this trail as there’s lots of TTF without it being too rickety. Not too much peddling either, especially compared to Squid and Emma, both of which I’ve stopped riding as the lower sections are way too much peddling for too little reward.

This trail is a blast if you don’t mind roots, rocks and technical features. If you want fast and flowing, this isn’t for you, and there really aren’t any trails like that on Sumas Mtn.
The upper section is awesome, as you’re just cruising along on the softly padded forest floor. Some nice clean drops that are great for the intermediate rider - some real confidence builders. Looking forward to hitting it again!

The second half is marked as black on the trail! And it’s the hardest blue I’ve ridden on this mountain.. still a lot of fun to ride

I enjoyed this a lot. Rocks, roots, steeps, and some loam near the top. Little bit of pedaling required, not enough to dampen the mood, just a good technical descent.

Awesome little trail. Very unique with lots of character, packed with variety - even some black optional lines and fun features. Some short, mellow climbing sections but great flow overall.

No matter how hard I try I cannot bring myself to enjoy this trail. Next to no flow, one punchy climb after the next. Some fun little sections few and far between. Do not recommend. Go ride Time killer.

This trail was a blast to ride. Combined with Squidline, you get a wicked fun combo of tech-gnar followed by Mach chicken speed!

The trail is quite dry but still riding really well. A few of the steeper corners have turned to fine dust, but still rideable.

Dec 23, 2021
The FSR is closed near the bottom with large machinery fixing a washout, but just below the closure you can detour to the right up another road, then take a left and ride a portion of Emma Peel back to the FSR and then it's clear sailing to the top. Dusting of snow at the bottom slowly transitions to several inches (5-6") of wet sticky snow near the top.
